The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supporting sales teams, managing sales processes, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Assist sales teams across various regions in achieving their sales targets. Manage and coordinate all aspects of the sales process, ensuring seamless operations.
Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on promptly. Monitor and manage sales activities to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
Schedule and coordinate sales meetings and conference calls. Prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team.
Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing their needs professionally.
