DECO Group of Companies, a leading organization in Electrical Instrumentation & Controls contracting, is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in the MENA region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing projects within defined parameters, ensuring they align with the strategic and operational goals of the organization.
Plan and manage resources including manpower, materials, tools, and equipment. Coordinate with the Construction Manager to ensure timely submission of the 4WLA (Four-Week Look-Ahead) schedule. Oversee techno-commercial negotiations and ensure successful closure.
Ensure the timely mobilization of resources (Men-Material-Machinery). Assess changes to the project baseline and generate Change Order Requests (COR) for approval. Prepare and submit milestone invoices as per the project schedule.
Monitor daily and weekly project progress, ensuring productivity ratios (SPI, CPI) are met. Implement and oversee appropriate processes to generate desired project outcomes.
Attend weekly construction coordination meetings to address major site issues and ensure their resolution. Ensure clear communication of technical queries and CORs with the client and other contractors.
Prepare and submit cost control sheets periodically. Oversee the preparation and submission of daily progress reports, detailing manpower deployment, activity progress, material usage, and constraints.
