I individual has 18 years of experience in MEP and industrial plant projects, including infrastructure, residential and commercial high-rise buildings, hotels, tunnels, manufacturing, industrial, power plants, and theme parks. I have inspected various services such as underground HV & LV cable laying, chilled water firefighting, plumbing and drainage services, and more. I have experience in building firefighting systems, electrical LV switchgear, power bus bar, server rooms, and control rooms. Additionally, they have experience in indoor theme park coordination of rides, theming, F&B outlets, and retail shops. I have also conducted testing commissioning and witnessed third-party inspections for electrical/ELV/mechanical systems.
