Starting from a zero-mobilization baseline, DECO delivered the full electrical scope in just nine months:
- Installation and commissioning of 132 kV power transformers
- Integration of over 800 medium- and low-voltage panels
- Complex routing, terminations, and testing of HV/MV/LV cables
- Critical lifts and precise placement of transformers and switchgear
- Energization of primary and auxiliary systems in lockstep with project milestones
